I know there are quite a few companies using Muse for internal projects (ie. implementing IM into custom internal applications or as a Jabber IM notification system running behind a servlet). Unfortunately, I rarely get news or information from these companies.
If you happen to work in one of these companies and can help us gain marketing exposure, please send us an email. |
- [Cirque\] – Muse is integrated into Cirque Digital's GDI|Explorer, a lightweight and flexible asset and production management solution for digital entertainment productions (Film, TV, Games, Publishing).
- Systinet – According to an email written on Jan 17, 2002, Systinet provides a transport using Muse as the underlying API for their WASP Web Services Server. I am unable to confirm the current status. If you have any information, please let me know.
- ControlNet – ControlNet India uses Muse for one of their projects. I do not have more details. If you know more about this, please send us an email and let us know.

- SnipSnap – Snipsnap currently uses Muse as the Jabber notification mechanism. Unfortunately, they indicate that the Muse library is a bit too large and are considering alternative Java Jabber APIs. We hope to fix the filesize issue and have them continue to stay with us.
- MulkIM – A Jabber client.
- JabberC – A simple application written using Muse. It seems, however, that it is no longer maintained.
- pkgsrc-wip – Muse is actually packaged in this project which is dedicated to porting software over to BSD systems.
